摘 要:从污泥中分离得到红球菌,研究了该菌在MBS培养基中对肥煤的脱硫效果。分析了煤粒度、曝气情况、pH值、溶液渗透压等因素对该菌株脱硫的影响,分别测定了全硫、无机硫、煤的红外特征图的变化等情况,在全硫测定条件下结果表明,该菌株脱硫效率高,在曝气情况下14天可达到92%。从红外分析表明,该菌株主要作用于煤中有机硫,且效果良好。Rhodococcus sp. isolated from sludge was used to treat Shenfu fat coal. Some factors (including grain size of the coal, oxygen concentration, pH value and the osmotic pressure of the solution) affecting the desulfurization by the strain were studied. The total sulfur of the coal and infrared spectrum were analyzed. The results show that the efficiency of desulfurization is good. The desulfurization ratio reaches 92% after 12 days treatment when the medium is provided with enough oxygen. The infrared analysis shows the Rhodococcus mainly acts with the organic sulfur in the coal.
