摘 要:目的调查深圳市不同储藏物中粉螨孳生种类及其孳生密度.方法用直接镜检法、振筛分离法、水膜镜检法、电解分离法及光照驱螨法分离储藏物粉螨,并鉴定它们的种属.结果从51种储藏物中分离出25种粉螨,隶属于7科19属,分别为粉螨科的粉螨属、食酪螨属、向酪螨属、嗜菌螨属、食粉螨属、嗜木螨属、狭螨属、皱皮螨属,脂螨科的脂螨属,食甜螨科的食甜螨属、嗜鳞螨属、澳食螨属、无爪螨属、脊足螨属,嗜渣螨科的嗜渣螨属,果螨科的果螨属,薄口螨科的薄口螨属,麦食螨科的尘螨属、嗜霉螨属.粉螨孳生密度为10.95~272.48只/g,饲料中粉螨孳生密度最高(272.48只/g),共发现5种粉螨,凤尾菇的粉螨孳生密度最低(10.95只/g),仅发现1种粉螨.结论深圳市储藏物粉螨污染较严重,应加强储藏物孳生螨类的防制和人体螨病的预防.Objective To survey the kinds and density of acaroid mites breeding in stored products in Shenr zhen city. Methods Mites were isolated by Directicopy, Shakesieve,Waterflotation, Tullgren,Antilightole and were identified under microscope. Results 25 species of acaroid mites belonging to 19 genera 7 families were identified from 51 kinds of stored products. The breeding density of acaroid mites was from 272.48/g to 10.95/g, among which the highest and lowest breeding density of acaroid mites was ill feeders(272.48/g) and fengwei mushrooms (10.95/g), respectively. Conclusions Stored products in Shenzhen city were seriously polluted by acaroid mites. It' s important to prevent acaroid mites and guard against human aearisis.
