摘　　要：目的探讨汽化切割并电切术治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床效果。方法采用经尿道汽化切割(TUVP)并用前列腺电切(TURP)治疗前列腺增生症62例。结果手术时间短,无严重并发症,疗效满意。结论TUVP结合TURP治疗前列腺增生安全,效果好。Objective To investigate the integrate method of transurethral electrovaporization ablation of prostate（TUVP） and transuretheal resection of prostate（TURP） for benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH）. Methods 62 cases of BPH were treated with TUVP and TURP, Results Followed up for 6 months,the IPSS and the residual urine decreased,urine flow rate increased significantly after TUVP and TURP. There was no serious complication occurred. The general re.suits were satisfactory, Conclusion TUVP and TURP is an effective and safe method to treat BPH.
