小切口胸腔镜手术的临床应用

摘　　要：目的评价小切口胸腔镜手术的效果及实用性。方法42例患者均采用小切口胸腔镜术式手术,以普通手术器械直视下操作为主。结果所有患者均治愈,除少数患者并发少量胸腔积液外,无严重并发症,与传统胸腔镜手术相比,手术难度下降,手术时间缩短,医疗费大大降低。结论小切口胸腔镜手术,操作简单,疗效满意,费用低廉,值得推广。Objective To evaluate practicability and effectiveness of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery （VATS） with small incision. Methods 42 patients were operated by way of VATS with small incision, manipulating mainly with general instruments under direct vision. Results All patients cured,no severe complications except a few patients with small hydrothorax. The difficulty and operation lime of VATS and patients＇ fee-foroservice all decreased remarkably comparing to conventional VATS. Conclusion VATS with the characteristic of small incision is worth to generalize due to good effectiveness and simple manipulation and low fee-for-service.
