摘　　要：政府在科技进步推动农业产业结构调整过程中,应发挥的服务和引导作用,即制定和完善农业高新技术产业政策体系;加大农业科技研发和推广力度;做好农业科技推广配套服务;推动资源的整合,形成整体优势。This paper focuses on the service and guidance of governments, which play an important part in the agricultural structure adjustment by technological progress. And it is suggested that governments establish and perfect the agricultural high - technology property policy system, strengthen the research and extension of agricultural high - tech, serve and support the extension of agricultural high - tech, and accelerate the resource integration with integral advantage.
