参冬饮治疗慢性咽喉炎75例疗效观察

摘　　要：将慢性咽喉炎149例随机分为中药治疗组75例，西药对照组74例。治疗组采用自拟方参各饮（丹参、麦冬、乌梅、胆南星、黄芩、浙贝母、姜黄、生地黄、生甘草）加减治疗，结果治愈14例，好转54例，无效7例，总有效率为91％；对照组采用螺旋霉素（或复方新诺明）、溶菌酶常规治疗，结果治愈7例，好转40例，无效27例，总有效率63．5％。疗程均为3周。两组比较，经统计学处理P＜0．01。149 patients with chronic laryngopharyngitis were randomly divided into two groups.75 cases were treated with modified Shen Dong Drink, the course of treatment was threeweeks, the results showed that cure was 14 cases, improvement was 54 cases, a totaleffective rate was 91% ; 74 cases were treated with spiramycin and lysozyme, the courseof treatment was three weeks, the results showed that cure was 7 cases, improvement was40 cases, a total effective rate was 63. 5%. The curative effect of Shen Dong Drink wasbetter than that of Western medicine group.
