摘  要:建立了RP-HPLC测定白花前胡根中3′(R)-angeloyloxy-4′(R)-acetoxy-3′,4′-dihydroseselin(Pd-Ia)和紫花前胡根中3′(R)-senecioyloxy-4′(S)-hydroxy-3′,4′-dihydroxan-thyletin(Pd-C-I)含量的方法。色谱柱为ODS,甲醇-水(7129v/v)为流动相,流速为0.4ml/min,紫外检测波长320nm,线性范围分别为0.02~0.06μg和0.01~0.05μg,相关系数分别为r=0.9990和r=0.9996,平均回收率分别为99.53%和100.93%。本法结果准确,步骤简便,灵敏度高,分析速度快,重现性好,为常用中药前胡的质量检测提供了现代可靠手段。A new method for quantitative analysis of Pd Ia in root of Peucedanum praeruptorum and Pd C I in root of Peucedanum decursivum by RP HPLC was developed. The chromatographic system consists of ODS column and mobile phase of methanol water(71∶29 v/v), the flow rate was 0 4 ml/min, the column temperature was 28℃ and the detection wavelengh was 320 nm. The calibration curves showed good linearity over the range of 0 02 ̄0 06 μg and 0 01 ̄0 05 μg, r =0 9990 and 0 9996, and the average recoveries were 99 53% and 100 93%. The method is simple, sensitive and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Chinese medicine Qianhu.
