RP－HPLC法分析白花前胡中Pd－Ia和紫花前胡中Pd－C－I的含量

摘　　要：建立了ＲＰ－ＨＰＬＣ测定白花前胡根中３′（Ｒ）－ａｎｇｅｌｏｙｌｏｘｙ－４′（Ｒ）－ａｃｅｔｏｘｙ－３′，４′－ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏｓｅｓｅｌｉｎ（Ｐｄ－Ｉａ）和紫花前胡根中３′（Ｒ）－ｓｅｎｅｃｉｏｙｌｏｘｙ－４′（Ｓ）－ｈｙｄｒｏｘｙ－３′，４′－ｄｉｈｙｄｒｏｘａｎ－ｔｈｙｌｅｔｉｎ（Ｐｄ－Ｃ－Ｉ）含量的方法。色谱柱为ＯＤＳ，甲醇－水（７１２９ｖ／ｖ）为流动相，流速为０．４ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ，紫外检测波长３２０ｎｍ，线性范围分别为０．０２～０．０６μｇ和０．０１～０．０５μｇ，相关系数分别为ｒ＝０．９９９０和ｒ＝０．９９９６，平均回收率分别为９９．５３％和１００．９３％。本法结果准确，步骤简便，灵敏度高，分析速度快，重现性好，为常用中药前胡的质量检测提供了现代可靠手段。A new method for quantitative analysis of Pd Ia in root of Peucedanum praeruptorum and Pd C I in root of Peucedanum decursivum by RP HPLC was developed. The chromatographic system consists of ODS column and mobile phase of methanol water(71∶29 v/v), the flow rate was 0 4 ml/min, the column temperature was 28℃ and the detection wavelengh was 320 nm. The calibration curves showed good linearity over the range of 0 02￣0 06 μg and 0 01￣0 05 μg, r =0 9990 and 0 9996, and the average recoveries were 99 53% and 100 93%. The method is simple, sensitive and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of Chinese medicine Qianhu.
