摘　　要：政党外交是我国总体外交的重要组成部分。政党外交必须坚持党际关系四项原则,积极拓宽党的对外交往面,扩大党的国际影响力。新世纪我国的政党外交既有机遇,也有挑战,必须坚持解放思想,实事求是,与时俱进,增强政党外交的目的性、针对性和实效性。The diplomacy of political party is an important part of the general diplomacy of our country. The diplomacy of political party must adhere to the four principles between the parties, actively develop the international diplomacy of our party, and expand the international influence of our party. The diplomnacy of political party of our country in the new century has its opprtunities and challenges, and perseveres in liberation of thought, acting based on facts, advancing with the time, strengthening its purpose, aim and actual effect.
