关于解决我国股市股权分置问题之拙见

摘　　要：我国股市现存的制度性缺陷属于历史遗留问题,其中最大的缺陷———股权分置如今已经成为股市长期稳定发展的最大障碍。全流通不是解决股权分置的一个好办法。解决股权分置暨解救处于危局中的股市,可以通过尝试把国有股转换为优先股,依靠国家政策的力量拯救股市。Extant institutional defects of stock market in China are issues left over from history. The greatest defect among them is the stock right dividing. Nowadays, it has become the greatest obstacle of the stock market＇s long-term stability. The complete circulation is not a good method of solving the stock right dividing. To solve the stock right dividing, namely, to save the stock market out of the crisis, we＇d better change the state-owned stocks into preference stocks and rescue the stock market in China relying on the state policies.
