摘  要:目的观察大青叶体外抗豚鼠巨细胞病毒的活性。方法采用细胞病变法和MTT法,在豚鼠胚肺细胞培养上测定大青叶抗豚鼠巨细胞病毒的药效指标,同时观察大青叶对豚鼠巨细胞病毒的抑制作用。结果大青叶的最大无毒浓度(TD0)为3g.mL-3,最小有效浓度(MTC)为3g.mL-4,治疗指数(TI)为10,体外对豚鼠巨细胞病毒的抑制率为96.28%。结论大青叶在体外具有良好的抗豚鼠巨细胞病毒的活性。Objective: To evaluate the antiviral activity of Folium Statidis against guinea pig cytomegalovirs (GPCMV) infection in vitro. Methods : By using the cytopathic effect inhibition method and MTT method, such effectiveness indices of Folium Statidis against GPCMV as the minimal therapeutic concentration (MTC), the therapeutic index (TI) and GPCMV inhibition rate were calculated. The inhibitory activity of Folium Statidis against GPCMV was observed on the guinea pig embryo cell. Results: The maximal tolerance dosage (TD0) of Fulium Statidis was 3g · mL^-3, MTC was 3g · mL^-4, TI was 10, and the GPCMV inhibition rate was 99. 63%. The cytopathic effect was significantly inhibited by Folium Statidis administered. Conclusion: Folium Statidis has significant antiviral effect on GPCMV infection consecutively in vitro.
