氧化应激与胎膜早破的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的通过对胎膜早破孕妇蜕膜和血清中氧化应激指标—超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及维生素E(VE)的测定,探讨氧化应激与胎膜早破的关系。方法用化学比色法对30例胎膜早破孕妇和30例正常孕足月妇女蜕膜和血清中SOD、MDA及VE进行测定。结果与正常孕足月妇女相比,胎膜早破孕妇蜕膜和血清中MDA水平都升高(P<0.05),SOD、VE水平却都下降(P<0.05,P<0.05)。结论氧化应激与胎膜早破具有相关性。Objective： To determine the levels of SOD, MDA and VE in decidua and maternal serum of patients with premature rupture of membranes to clarify relationship between oxidative stress and premature rupture of membranes. Methods： The levels of SOD, MDA and VE in decidua and maternal serum were measured in 30 patients with premature rupture of membranes and 30 term - pregnant women by chemocolorimetry. Results ： The levels of MDA in decidua and maternal serum of patients with premature rupture of membranes were significantly higher than those of term - pregnant women （ P 〈 0.05 ） , while the levels of SOD and VE were significantly decreased （ P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Oxidative stress is associated with premature rupture of membranes.
