摘  要:目的:研制新型复方过氧化氢消毒剂。方法:设计正交试验优化消毒剂配方;按卫生部《消毒技术规范》2002年版要求进行了悬液定量杀菌试验、模拟现场试验、稳定性试验以及毒性试验。结果:正交试验确定硝酸银六偏磷酸钠鳌合物浓度为6 g/L,溶液pH为1.5,配制水对消毒剂没有影响;10倍稀释的该消毒液(含30 g/L过氧化氢)对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌作用5 min的KL值均大于5.00;模拟现场试验中10倍稀释的该消毒液,对染于桌面上的大肠杆菌作用时间10 min的KL大于3.00;54℃存放14 d后,过氧化氢含量平均下降率小于10%;经口毒性试验合格;原液对家兔皮肤无刺激;对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞无致微核的作用。结论:通过银离子活化过氧化氢研制出一种较优化的过氧化氢消毒剂。Objective. In order to study compound disinfectant of hydrogen peroxide.Method; Adopt orthogonal experiment to improve compound disinfectant. Suspension quantitative germicidal test, analogue trial of the field, stability test and other toxicological tests were carried out, according to Technical Standard For Disinfection, 2002 edition.Result: In the orthogonal experiment, if the concentration of silver nitrate and SHMP was 6 g/L, and pH of solution was 1.5, the type of water has no effect on disinfectant.Both average values of killing logarithms (KL) of Staphylococcus aureus and Eseherichia eoli that exposed to the solution, which containing 30 g/L hydrogen peroxide, for 5 min were all above 5.00 in suspension quantitative germicidal test. The average value of KL of Escherichia eoll on the surface of table that exposed to the solution which containing 30 g/L hydrogen peroxide, for 10 mln was above 3.00 in analogue trial of the field. After storing at 54℃ for 14 days, the average content of hydrogen peroxide was decreased by 10% . And it was actually non-toxic, non-irritative and had no effects of incur micronucleus. Conclusion. An optimum disinfectant of hydrogen peroxide is developed by silver iron activating hydrogen peroxide.
