摘 要:目的:在建筑工地民工中开展同伴教育和综合行为干预,比较两种干预方式的效果。方法:同伴教育和综合行为干预的方法在建筑工地民工中进行艾滋病的行为干预。结果:与空白对照组比较,同伴教育和综合行为干预都可以使建筑工人艾滋病的基本知识、传播途径、预防知识的知晓率有不同程度的提高,改善幅度介于6.41%~52.84%,有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两种干预方式间的效果指标有22项无统计学意义(P〉0.05),不搞同性恋等3项指标间有统计学意义(P〈0.05);两种方式可以取得相似的效果。结论:在建筑工人中宣传艾滋病的防制知识,同伴教育和综合行为干预都是有效措施,且可以达到基本相似的效果。Objective: To compare the results and effects of Peer education and comprehensive behaviorl interventions on HIV/ AIDS among the migrant construction workers in Chengdu city. Methods: The peer education and the comprehensive behavior intervention were carried out among the migrant workers.Results: The knowledge awareness of the workers on the concepts, the mode of transmission, preventions of HIV/AIDS and correct condom use were improved obviously , statistically and significantly , by comparing with the statistical indexes of 506 non-intervention workers, those of 354 comprehensive intervention workers and those of 172 peer education construction workers. The improved range of all the indexes was 6.41-52.84% (P〈0.05) ; There was no statistical significance between peer education group and comprehensive behavior intervention group on 22 indexex (P〉0.05), but there existed the statistical difference between the two groups on 3 indexex, such as homosexuality, the frequency of changing sex partner, and learning preventive precaution (P〈0.05) .Conclusion: The peer education and behavioral intervention among the construction workers were effective and could attain the similar results.
