摘 要:目的:比较汽油和四醇汽车尾气提取物对兔肺巨噬细胞免疫功能的影响,为甲醇燃料的推广应用提供依据。方法:取激活的兔肺巨噬细胞体外培养,分别进行玫瑰花环实验、抗体介导的细胞毒作用实验和抗肿瘤细胞毒作用实验。结果:汽油和甲醇尾气提取物可使巨噬细胞玫瑰花环形成率、肺巨噬细胞抗肿瘤细胞毒作用受到抑制,但与汽油尾气提取物比较,甲醇的抑制作用较弱,汽油尾气提取物对抗体介导的细胞毒作用有显著的抑制作用,但未见甲醇尾气提取物有此作用。结论:甲醇汽车尾气提取物对巨噬细胞免疫活性的抑制作用显著低于汽油尾气提取物。Objective: To compare the imnumotoxicity of the fuel exhausts of pure methanol and gasoline. Methods: Activated pulmonary alveolar macrophage (PAM) was obtained from the rabbit lung and was cultured in vitro, Fc receptor formation rate, ADOC and anti-tuber cytotoxicity were tested for the two types of fuel exhausts at different concentration respectively. Results: The Fc receptor fomation rate and anti-tuber cyto toxicity were inhibited by fuel exhausts of pure methancl.But the inhibition effect of methand was wealer than that of agsoline. The exhausts of gasoline had inhibition effect on ADCC, but methand had not. Conclusion:The results show that the immunotoxicity of the pure methand exhaust is lower than that of the gasoline.
