创新我国城乡协调发展体制的几点思考

摘　　要：针对当前城乡经济、社会发展差距过大的问题,认为在市场经济条件下,破除体制和机制上的障碍,建立打破城乡二元结构、促进城乡实现良性循环的机制尤为重要。在此基础上,提出城乡协调发展的主要任务,并试图从促进农村经济发展、引导城乡生产要素有序流动、完善城市功能、调控城乡空间发展四个方面,探索实现城乡协调发展的体制创新思路。Aiming at economic and social wide gaps in current urban-rural development, this paper gives priority to break dual-structure system and facilitate good circulation between urban and rural areas. Therefore, it presents the goal of urban-rural coordinated development, and provides institutional reformation measures from four aspects, which are accelerating the economic development in rural area, leading the orderly flow of production factors, improving urban functions and controlling spatial development.
