摘　　要：上海污水治理二期工程是大型的环境保护项目,SSI/A23.1标中央监控系统工程是其重要组成部分,它包括中控室主站系统、远程站点控制系统和通信系统,已经投入运行。本文主要介绍远程站点控制系统和通讯系统的研制。Shanghai Wastewater Treatment Phase N is a large project for environment protection. The central supervision system called Bid SSI/ 23. 1 is one of the most important parts of the project, which consists of central control room （CCR） with main station system, remote station system as well as communication system. The article expatiates mainly on the researeh and development of the remote station system and communication system.
