摘　　要：讨论了高校教务管理系统的管理需求,指出基于C/S和B/S两种模式的结构适合这类系统的开发,同时给出该系统的技术方案、安全设计和功能特点。This thesis discusses the requirement of the institute＂ s education-affir, lt points out that it is fit for developing this system base on C/S and B/S.As well as it give us system designs,safety designs and function feature.
