摘　　要：目的探讨舒适护理在手术室整体护理服务质量中的应用与作用。方法将舒适护理模式引入到手术室整体护理服务质量管理中来,制定手术室舒适护理服务程序,并将其应用于手术病人,通过自行设计的问卷调查反馈结果。结果手术室把为病人提供舒适护理融入到“以人为本,以病人为中心”的整体护理中,使病人在接受手术时充满了信心,感受到舒适与亲人般的温暖,在心理上获得满足感和安全感,从而为手术的顺利进行创造了良好的条件,并增加了术后获得最大程度功能恢复的可能性。结论舒适护理模式的产生和实践加速了传统护理模式的更新,我们将其应用于手术室整体护理工作中,推动了手术室整体护理服务质量的提高,丰富了手术室整体护理工作的内涵。Objective To inquire into the application and effect of comfortable nursing in the entire nursing service quality of operating room. Methods Led the comfortable nursing model to the entire nursing service quality management of operating room, formulated the proceeding of the comfortable nursing service of operating room, and applied this into surgical operating patient, , The result was feedback by questionnaire which designed by ourselves, Resuits The operating room melted the comfortable nursing for patients to“with artificial take patient as the center”in the entire nursing, made patients comfortable and kind like the family members, thus created the good condition for the sur- gical operation developing smoothly and had put into practice quickened the renewal. Conclusion Generating and applied the comfortable nursing accelerate the update of the traditional nursing, Applying this in work of entire nursing service in operation room, have pushed forward raising of entire nursing service quality of operating room, and have enriched the intension of entive nursing work of operating room.
