中老年疗养员血压水平与眼底病变相关性分析

摘　　要：目的研究中老年人血压水平与眼底病变的关系。方法对10年来我院疗养的4700例高血压病患者进行眼底检查,对不同性别的血压分类并计算高血压患病率,分析不同血压水平者眼底改变。结果血压水平随年龄增高而增高,收缩压(SBP)平均为：男(122.1±19.6)mmHg,女(109.4±20.7)mmHg。舒张压(DBP)平均为：男(80.6±29.7)mmHg,女(77.4±26.8)mmHg。男性高血压病占63.07％；正常高值者占 19.39％；女性高血压病占60.11％；正常高值者古22.36％。男性高血压病检出率高于女性(P＜0.05)。由于血压升高(除外年龄因素)视网膜、视网膜血管、黄斑部、视神经乳头、玻璃体、脉络膜等组织异常改变检出率显著升高。结论由于高血压其靶器官损伤(眼底病变),尤以视网膜及视网膜血管发生率显著升高。Objective To ascertain the relation of blood pressure level with fundus diseases in middle and old-age cuperators.Methods A cross-sectional examination was performed in 4 700 cases with hypertension from our sanatorium over ten years. Hypertension prevalence and relationships of blood pressure classification to fundus findings were analyzed.Results Blood pressure in both sexes increased with age. Systolic blood pressure （SBP） and diastolic pressure （DBP） averaged （122.1±19.6） and （109.4± 20.5）mmHg, and （80.6±29.7） and （77.4±26.8） mmHg for male and female respectively. This means that blood pressure in male were higher than that in female （P〈0.01）. The proportions of high-normal BP and hypertension for male 19.39% and 63.07% respectively, as compared with 22.36% and 60.11% for female （P〈0.05）. With blood pressure （besides factor of age）, findings of abnormal fundus disease, such as retina, retinal vessels, macular area, optic nerve disease,choroids,etc increased remarkably.Conclusion Because of hypertension,its target organs are damaged.The attack rate of abnormal fundus diseases, especially retina and retinal vessels abnormal fundings increase remarkably with the increasing of blood pressure.
