摘　　要：直接合成法要求 TDI 单体在预聚物的合成反应中尽量充分转化,因此强调其合成工艺要利于充分反应。为了制造可实用的低游离 TDI 预聚物,应当是配方设计的相对宽松与工艺条件的相对严苛相结合。Direct synthetic method requires sufficient conversion of TDI monomer in the synthetic reaction of the prepolymer, therefore it is emphasized that the synthetic process should be benefitial for sufficient reaction.For the sake of manufacturing practical prepolymer with low TDI,the reaction conditions must be in combination of relatively relaxed formulation design with comparatively strict process conditions.
