摘 要:目的探讨焦虑症与五羟色胺转运体基因启动子区(5-HTTLPR)多态性的相关性。方法运用聚合酶链反应技术检测88例焦虑症患者(包括42名广泛性焦虑障碍和38名惊恐障碍)和87名健康对照者5-HTTLPR的分布频率。结果对照组检测到1例EL/EL基因型,未见其他文献报道。患者组启动子区多态性的超长(EL)等位基因频率为1.1%,对照组为4.6%,两组间差异有显著性(P<0.05)。两组间各基因型分布差异无显著性;广泛性焦虑障碍组EL/S、L/L、L/S、S/S基因型频率分别为2.4%,9.8%,39.0%和48.8%,惊恐障碍组分别为2.7%,8.1%,43.2%和45.9%,两组间差异无显著性,各等位基因频率比较差异亦无显著性。结论5-HTTLPR的EL等位基因可能是焦虑症的保护基因之一,焦虑症两种亚型间5-HTTLPR多态性差异无显著性。Objective To explore the association between anxiety disorder and polymorphism of serotonin transporter promoter gene(5-HTTLPR). Methods Using a polymerase chain reaction-based technique, 5-HTTL- PR genotypes were determined in 88 patients with anxiety disorder and 87 health control subjects, the allelic and genotypic distributions in two groups were compared. Results The frequencies of serotonin transporter (5-HTT) allele extra long(EL) were significantly lower in patients with anxiety disorder than that in controls (1. 1% vs 4.6%, P=0.02). There were no differences on the distributions of 5-HTT genetype between patients and controis. The allelic and genotypic distributions have no significant differences between generalized anxiety disorder and panic disorder. Conclusion The allele EL may be a protecting factor for anxiety disorder and there were no significant difference on the polvmorphism of 5-HTTLPR between the two subtypes of anxiety disorder.
