CYP2D6基因多态性与精神分裂症患者迟发性运动障碍的关联研究

摘　　要：目的观察广州地区汉族人群中有或无迟发性运动障碍(TD)精神分裂症患者中CYP2D6C188T基因多态性的分布,并探讨该多态与TD发生的关系。方法以182例精神分裂症患者(91例伴TD,91例不伴TD)为对象进行病例对照研究。用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性方法(PCR-RFLP)分析CYP2D6基因C188T多态性。结果TD组和非TD组TT基因型频率分别为0.45和0.30,两组之间总体分布差异无显著性(2=4.078,P>0.05),而TD组188T等位基因频率为0.63,显著高于非TD组(2=4.28,P<0.05)。结论CYP2D6C188T基因多态性可能与中国汉族精神分裂症患者的TD相关联。Objective To investigate the possible association of CYP2D6 gene C188T polymorphism with tardive dyskinesia（TD）in Chinese patients with schizophrenia. Methods The recruited scizophrenic patients were assessed with the Abnomal Involuntary Movement Scale（ AIMS）, and divided into groups with TD and without TD according to AIMS score. The CYP2D6 gene C188T polymowhism were determined by PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism（RFLP）. Results The frequency of TT genotype in TD and Non-TD group are 0.45 and 0.36 respectively, and no significant differences were observed between the two groups （ x^2 = 4. 078, P 〉 0.05 ）. However, the frequency of T allele is 0.63 in TD group, which is significantly higher compared to those without TD（x^2 =4.28, P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Our results indicate that CYP2D6 C188T polymorphism may be associated with TD in the Han Chinese population in Guangzhou.
