摘 要:目的研究基层军官人际关系状况及其影响因素。方法应用自编军人人际关系调查表、人际关系敏感调查表、简易应对方式量表和艾森克个性问卷,对233名男性基层军官作心理学测查。结果(1)67.5%的基层军官对自己的人际关系持肯定态度,30.9%的人认为一般,11.6%的人持否定态度;13.7%的人在近1年中发生过人际苦恼。基层军官人际交往中的不良情绪主要为自卑、猜疑、嫉妒、孤独等,发生人数比例为5.2%~24.5%不等。(2)持积极型应对方式的基层军官,其人际关系敏感评分为(1.72±0.62)分,显著性低于持两极型应对方式者的(1.90±0.58)分(P〈0.05);其人际关系水平评分为(82.3±3.62)分,显著性高于两极型、消极型、中间型的(72.6±4.08)分、(76.5±4.94)分、(79.6±3.73)分(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。(3)多血质类型的基层军官,其人际关系敏感评分为(1.73±0.53)分,显著性低于抑郁质类犁的(1.88±0.57)分(P〈0.05);其人际关系水平评分为(83.3±4.66)分,则显著性高于其他气质类型者(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论大部分基层军官人际关系良好,基层军官人际关系与个体的应对方式和气质类型关系密切。Objective To explore the interpersonal relation and its related factors in primary officers, so as to provide a scientific basis for mental health care. Methods Totally 233 male primary officers were tested by Self-developed Interpersonal Relation Questionnaire (SIRQ), Interpersonal Sensitivity Questionnaire (ISQ) , Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire, and EPQ. Results ( 1 ) 67.5 percent officers acknowledged that they had a good interpersonal relation, while 30.9 percent normal and 11. 6 percent not good; 13.7 percent officers acknowledged they had interpersonal trouble within one year. The main negative sentiments caused by social intercourse were sense of inferiority, suspicion, jealousy and loneliness, the incidence were from 5.2 percent to 24.5 percent. It was also showed that few officers lacked the technique of social intercourse and had incorrect cognition. (2) The ISR score of those with positive coping style was 1.72 ± 0.62, that was more lower than those with polar coping style( 1,90 ±0. 58, P〈0.05 ); and the farmer's SIRQ was 82. 3 ± 3. 62, that was more higher than those with other coping style( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). ( 3 ) The ISR score of those with sanguine type of temperament was 1.73 ± 0. 53, that was more lower than those with melancholic temperament ( 1. 88 ± 0.57, P 〈 0.05 ) ; hut the SIRQ score of those with sanguine type of temperament was 83.3 ± 4.66, and more higher than those of the other temperament( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0.01 ), Conclusion Most primary officers have a good interpersonal relationship, despise few officers have social intercourse trouble, The interpersonal relationship status of the primary officers has a close relation with their c.oping style anti personality traits.
