摘 要:采用常规直井钻机钻超浅层稠油大位移水平井具有造斜率高、大尺寸套管柱下入困难、井眼轨迹控制精度要求高等技术难题,新疆油田采取了相应的技术措施,2005年应用直井钻机在克拉玛依油田九。区钻成垂深 144.09m、水平位移329.42 m、水平位移与垂深比(简称位垂比)为2.29的目前国内垂深最浅的超浅层大位移水平井——HW9802井。从井身结构设计、井眼剖面优选、实钻井眼轨迹控制、钻井液技术、大尺寸套管柱的安全下入等方面详细介绍了该井的设计与现场施工情况。该井的成功证明应用常规直井钻机钻浅层大位移水平井是可行的,也使浅层稠油油藏的高效开发成为可能。Technical challenges in drilling and completion processes in ultra-shallow heavy oil reservoirs with conventional vertical rig mainly include high build rates, difficulties in running large size casing strings and high well path control accuracy. Regarding such scenario, Xinjiang Oilfield employed proper countermeasures to tackle the problems. In 2005, HW9802 Well was finished with 144.09m VD and horizontal displacement of 329.42m in Block 8 of Karamay Oilfield via a vertical well rig. The well is the shallowest ERW in China so far. Well designs and operations are presented in detail, including casing design, well path optimization, well trajectory control, drilling fluid technology, safe running of large size casing strings, etc.. The success of this well shows that it is feasible to drill shallow ERW with conventional vertical well rig, and makes it possible to recover shallow thick oil reservoirs with high efficiency.
