具紫叶标记的籼型两用核不育系“紫标S系”的选育

摘　　要：紫标Ｓ系是杂交育成的具紫叶隐性遗传标记的、不育起点温度低的籼型两用核不育系。在日长１４小时／天，日均温２４℃左右（１９～２７℃变温）人控条件下，以及在贵州贵定（北纬２６°３５’，海拔１００６米）自然光温条件下，不育期的花粉不育度９９．９％以上。套袋自实率为零。不育度达９９．５％以上的不育株率为１００％。不育期４１天以上。育性转换明显。可育期自实率为２１．４％～５４．１％。农艺、异交性状优良。具有制种安全、易繁殖、易除杂等实用价值。Zibiso S-1 and Zibiso S-2 are the indica type dual-purpose genie male sterile lines with recessive purple leaf marker and lower critical sterile temperature.They have been developed by Qiannan institute of Agricultural audiences.Under the condition of 14 Hr/Day of daylength and temperature higher or lower than 24℃(temperature ranged between 19-27℃)in artifitial climate chamber experiment,and under the natural photoperiod and temperature conditions in Guiding,Giuzhou(26°35'N,elevation of 1006m),their Pollen sterility and bagged non-seed set are over 99. 9% during sterile Period. The Percentage of male sterile plants with sterility above 99.5% are 100%.Perio for inducing complete sterility is over 41days.They have an evident behavior of fertility alteration.The seed setting percentage is over 30 during fertile period.Their agronomic character and outcrossing traits are superior.They can be used in hybrid seed production:Seed selfmultiplication is also very easy.Other rice varieties mixed in hybrid seed production can be easily removed.Thus,they have very good practicality.
