小麦多抗新材料“4037”的染色体变异及其抗性遗传规律

摘  要:川辐2号和绵阳19都感白粉病,其杂种F_1代的种子采用^(60)Co20krad处理选育了一个既抗白粉病又抗条锈病的多抗新材料4037。4037中又系远出了株高比4037矮15cm的高抗白粉病和高抗条锈病的新材料2270。4037和一系列品种品系的16个杂种F_1代都表现抗白粉病,其抗性由于另一个品种感白粉病而存在细微的差别。在4037与中感亲本的杂种F_2中,高抗、中抗和中感植株以1∶2∶1比例分离。4037的抗白粉病基因受主基因控制,具有加性效应的单基因遗传。F_2试验表明中感品种和高感品种的抗性基因之间存在微效基因差异。4037是杂交辐射选育而成的易位系,它和其亲本绵阳19形成大量的四价体,和另一亲本川辐2号形成少量三价体和四价体及少量的二个单价体和四个单价体。4037为一个典型的易位系。Cultivar Chuanfu No.2 and Miangyan No. 19 were susceptible to powdery mildew.The hybrid F1 between these two cultivars was induced with ̄(50) Co-γ ray and wheat strain 4037 with resistance to powdery mildew and strip rust has been bred. A wheat strain 2270 which was resistant to powdery mildew and resistant to strip rust was selected from 4037.The strain 4037 and 2270 were crossed with several varieties and strains which were susceptible to powdery mildew and hybrids with resistance to powdery mildew was obtained. In F_2,the segregation ratio of high resistance:middle resistance:middle infection was 1∶2∶1.The induced powdery mildew resistance of 4037 was controlled by a single gene with additive effect.The hybrid F1 between 4037 and Mianyang No.19.had one quadrivalent in the meioses.The hybrid F1 between 4037and Chuanfu No.2 had one quadrivalent or one trivalent or 2 univalents or 4 univalents in different meioses.4037 was a typical translocated line.
