摘 要:以黄颡鱼夏花培育水体为试验用养殖污水,黄花水龙作为净化水质的植物浮巢材料,分别设置了1,2,3 kg/m3三种水龙初始生物量的鱼草共生系统,并与传统的商业性养殖模式作同步比较,分析了黄花水龙对养鱼污水主要水质因子、鱼苗生长和存活率的影响.经过6周饲养,试验结果为:试验组的鱼草共生系统水体水质优良,鱼类生长良好,试验终末水体中溶解氧浓度(DO)≥6.0 mg/L,总氨氮(NH4+-N)≤1.22 mg/L,化学需氧量(COD)≤96 mg/L,悬浮固体浓度(SS)≤26 mg/L,成活率≥70%;对照组的有鱼无草系统中水质逐渐恶化,鱼类生长受到抑制甚至生存也不能保障,试验终末DO=3.0 mg/L,NH4+-N=3.8 mg/L,COD=134 mg/L,SS=80 mg/L,夏花成活率仅为16%.研究结果表明:黄花水龙可有效净化水质,确保了夏花生产良性运行,还节约了水资源并达到无污染排放.By purifying the water of culturing Pseudobagrus fulvidraco fry using Jussiaea stipulacea Ohwi as float grass, an ecosystem was established which compounded with float grass and static water in which fish are co-cultured. Initial biomass of the float grass includes three levels as 1,2 and 3 kg/m^3. The three co-cultured systems were compared with the traditional commercial culture technique; the water quality indexes and the fry survival rates in the aquarium were tested. The results after 6 weeks' culturing show as following. The water condition remained good and the fry grew well in float grass-fish co-cultured aquarium. The final water quality indexes are: DO≥6. 0 mg/L, Total NH4^+ -N ≤1.22 mg/L, COD≤ 96 mg/L, SS ≤26 mg/L, the fry survival rates are no less than 70%. In the compared aquarium, the water condition went worse gradually. The fry grew slowly and their lives were even in danger. Final water quality indexes (mg/L) are: DO =3.0, Total NH4^+ - N =3.80, COD = 134, SS =80, the fry survival rate is only 16%. The results indicate that Jussiaea stipulacea Ohwi can effectively purify polluted water. It is a guarantee of the fry's benign producing, and a way of sewage drain up to par as well as a saving of water resource.
