“益禽散”对鼠生殖器官及鸡生产性能的影响

摘　　要：“益禽散”是根据中药药理试验并通过实践而拟定的中药添加剂。试验表明益禽散具有增强鼠雌激素体内活性的功能；可使雏鸡增重率提高１２．５２％，饲料报酬提高１１．５１％；经２批蛋鸡试验结果表明，试验组比对照组提高产蛋率４．９％～１０．８２％，提高蛋重５．７％～１４．６４％；饲料报酬提高６．５４％～１４．９８％。该方在产蛋率已下降的鸡群中应用增产效果明显。A traditional Chinese medicine additive Yiqinsan was produced in practice according to traditional Chinese veterinary medicine theory and modern traditional Chinese pharmacologic research. This additive could enhance the activity of estrogen in mouse. In chick test, it increased the rate of weight growth 12.52 percent and the rate of payment for feed 11.51 percent. Compared with control groups of laying hens, it made the experimental groups elevate the rate of egg production, the egg weight, the rate of payment for feed 4.9￣10.82 percent, 5.7￣14.64 percent and 6.54￣14.98 percent respectively. This additive has had a significant effect on hen groups in which the rate of egg production declined, and got a better economic effciency.
