秃鹫体内霉形体的分离和初步鉴定

摘　　要：在上海动物园一例死亡秃鹫的病例中，研究者通过样本采集，选择培养与纯化首先获得了两株秃鹫霉形体。同时进行了生化测定，血清学测定，红细胞吸附与抑制试验，病理切片光镜和电镜观察，药敏试验等获得初步鉴定结果。并说明该秃鹫霉形体感染严重。Two strains of mycoplasma were isolated from the Aegypius monachus died in Shanghai Zoological Park by selective culture and characterized by biochemical assay, serological reaction, hemadsorptioninhibition test, pathological sections and electron microscopy, drugs sensitivity test. The results suggested that the Aegypus monachus had been infected by mycoplasma severely.
