摘　　要：在系统地分析了影响工程监理评标的因素后，运用层次分析法与模糊数学的基本原理，以定量分析为主，定性分析为辅，构造出综合评判的指标体系，建立了简便而有效的实用模型，为科学地选择监理单位提供了宝贵的理论依据。After systematically analyzing the factors interfering with the appraisal bidding of construction supervise, this thesis takes quantitative analysis as the dominant factor, takes qualitative analysis as the secondary factor, and makes use of the basic principles of fuzzy maths in the analysis and calculation. It establishes the simple and effective practical me, tel, and provides valuable theoretical basis for the people selecting a scientific construetion supervise unit.
