妊娠绵羊宫内胎儿血管插管手术的研究

摘　　要：宫内胎儿插管术是一种难度大、无菌条件要求严格、手术操作精细的外科手术。本研究共进行了８头妊娠绵羊中８例胎儿插管手术，其中脐动脉插管两例，胫前动脉插管６例。结果表明：胫前动脉插管较脐动脉插管容易，且子宫切口小，胎儿暴露少，羊水损耗少，插管固定可靠。本文对导管的制作，绵羊的麻醉和剖腹术，胎儿血管插管及术后观察，术后胎儿成活率等均作了一一论述。The catheterization of fetal vessels is a relatively difficult operation which need stringtly aspetic condition and quite fine skill. In the study we operated on 8 ewes and their fetuses. Two fetuses of them were used for catheterization of umbilical artery and six for pedal artery. The results indicated that the catheterizeton of pedal artery was easy performance,little incision and exposedness of fetus,less loss of amintic fluid,more reliable fixed catheter compared with catheterization of umbilical artery. The preparation of catherter,anaesthesia and laparotomy of the ewes, the observation of catheter and post-operation of fetuses,survival rate of fetus were discussed respectively.
