摘　　要：介绍了利用MATLAB语言的Excel link实现Excel与MATLAB的链接的思路、方法与技巧，并用实例介绍了如何在建筑物变形监测数据处理中充分利用这两种软件。How to chain Excel and MATLAB is introduced in the paper, what＇s more, the technology and application of the Excel data file in the MATLAB in deforming monitor of building is expounded.
