对虾育苗过程中异养菌群的研究

摘  要:试验结果表明;从无节幼体到糠虾幼体阶段水体中细菌的正常数量范围为1.0×10^5-6.9×10^17cfu/ml。超过这个数量水平将使幼体发病。用药物控制和降低育苗期间水体中细菌数量是预防虾病发生的有效措施。The amount of bacteria in diets, water and the diseased Chinese shrimp Penaeus chinensis during artificial breeding was determined and the effect of several diets on the amount of bacteria in water was analyzed. Sensitive experiments of drugs to microflora and the bacterial control were carried out. The resuits showed that the normal amount of bacteria was at a level of 1.0 × 10^5-6. 9 × 10^17 cfu/ml from the stage of nauplius to the stage of mysis,over which some diseases may occur. It is effective for some drugs to prevent the shrimp diseases during artificial breeding.
