摘　　要：目的探索和评价经导管封堵术在室间隔缺损治疗中的效果和价值。方法用国产封堵器对56例室问隔缺损（VSD）患者在局麻或基础＋强化麻醉下经导管进行封堵术，其中嵴下型53例，嵴内型1例，肌部2例，合并房间隔缺损（ASD）2例。结果53例封堵成功，心脏杂音消失，术后6，12h下床活动，4～6d痊愈出院。4例因种种原因未能成功。结论用国产封堵器经导管封堵部分室间隔缺损，创伤小、操作简便、恢复好、效果好．是一种值得推广的好方法。Objective To investigate and evaluate value of transcatheter closure operation in ventricular septal defects. Methods Transcatheter closure was performed in 56 patients with VSD （age from 2 to 22years）, by the domestic occlusion device under local or basic and strengthen anesthesia. Results The procedure were success in 53 patients with the disappearance of cardine murmur. The patients got out of bed 6 to 12 hours after postoperation, and were discharged from hospital at day 4 to 6. Conclusion Transcatheter treatment of VSD by domestic occlusion device is less traumatic,and has good effect.
