水稻低温敏两用系363s选育研究

摘　　要：水稻两用系新种质３６３ｓ是江油市种子公司从三系杂交稻威优６３Ｆ＿2代群体中筛选培育而成，属早杠类型。具有野败不育胞质，在不同生态条件下均具有“低温不育，高温可育”的特点。其花粉与小穗育性不一致。以小穗育性为标准，３６３ｓ在四川７月上旬至下旬为不育期，与三系杂交稻制种的高产花期吻合；在海南３月底以前稳定不育。本文还对３６３ｓ的利用价值及途径进行了讨论。s,a new germplasm of thermo-sei1sitive genic male sterile line,was selectedfrom the F_2 population of Weiyou 63,a three-line hybrid of rice,It is of the early indicatype, containing the Yebai sterility cytoplasm;When planted at different ecological loca-tions(Hainan province and Jiangyou,Luzhou and Chongqing of Sichaun),363s always appeared sterile at low temperatures and fertile at higher temperatures.The fertility of itspollen does not coincide with the fertility of its spikelets. If its spikelet fertility is taken asan indicator,the sterility period of 363s lasts from early July to late July in Sichuan.which is in consistence with the flowering stage in 'three-line'hybrid seed production, Incontrast, the sterility period occurs arouidthe end of March in Hainan,The utilization of363s is discussed
