摘 要:合成了聚羧酸-萘共聚型高效减水剂WHJS,阐述了该减水剂的合成工艺,分析了合成产品的红外谱图,并比较了与萘磺酸甲醛缩合物FDN和聚羧酸减水剂在流动度、表面张力、电动电位和保坍性等性能方面的差别。结果表明:聚羧酸高分子成功地接枝到萘环上,且克服了传统萘系减水剂坍落度损失大的缺点,并保持了较好的流动度。In this work,a novel high performance water-reducing agent WHJS polymerized by polycarboxylate and naphthalene has been synthesized. At first the technical process has been set forth in brief, then the products' infrared spectrum figure(IR) is analyzed. The comparison with both naphthalene formaldehyde condensate FDN and polycarboxylic type water reducers on the properties such as fluidity degree,surface tension,ζ potential and slump are conducted. A conclusion can be drawn finally that polycarboxylate modifier has been grafted into naphthalene loop successfully, simultaneously preventing the rapid loss of slump of conventional naphthalene water-reducing agent ,and remains high fluidity as well.
