克百威肥料颗粒剂对固氮作用的影响

摘  要:采用培养试验、盆栽、田间试验与室内分析相结合的方法,探讨克百威肥料颗粒剂对玉米固氮作用的影响。结果表明,不论种植玉米与否,克百威和磷钾均有促进固氮的功效,而以克百威肥料混剂的效果最佳,比对照增加氮素75~297mg/kg;克百威对玉米的生长、吸氮量及土壤固氮有显著正效应,作用强度明显大于磷钾,并与磷有正交互效应;The effect of carbofuran-fertlizer on N 2-fixation of fields was investigated by using chemical analysis combined pot experiment methods. The results showed that the N 2-fixation effect on the soil eigher planting corn or not were enchanced by treatment of carbofuran and PK. The combined use of carbofuran and fertilizer was much brtter than the application of either treatment alone, the nitrogen content had increased 75 ̄297mg/kg than that of control. Carbofuran had good effect on the growth and nitrogen uptake of corn and on the N 2-fixation of soil, the effect intensity was significantly better than the treatemnt of P or K alone, carbofuran combined phosphorus had better positive interaction. The mechanism of the enhancement of N 2fixation by carbofuran-fertilizer granule could be attributed to stimulate the nitrogenase activity and the nitrogen fixing bacteria populations.
