乌拉尔甘草叶中黄酮类化学成分研究

摘　　要：采用聚酰胺柱层析法，用不同浓度乙醇洗脱，自乌拉尔甘草（ＧｌｙｃｙｒｒｈｉｚａｕｒａｌｅｎｓｉｓＦｉｓｃｈ．）叶中分离得到１０余种化合物，就其含量较高的组分Ⅳ和组分Ⅴ，经光谱（ＵＶ、ＦＢ—ＭＳ、′Ｈ＿ＮＭＲ）分析，分别鉴定为５，７－二羟基－３′，４′－二甲氧基二氢黄酮醇－３－Ｏ－阿拉伯糖－鼠李糖甙（Ⅳ）和３，４′，５－三羟基－３′－甲氧基二氢黄酮醇－７－Ｏ－葡萄糖甙（Ⅴ）。By means of polyamide column chromatography with gradient eclutions, more than 10 kinds of compounds were isolated from the leaves of Glycyrrhiza Uralensis fisch. Among them, 2 kinds of compounds (Ⅳ-Ⅴ)were with relative high contants and spectral analysis (including uv FB-MS,′ H-NMR) was carried out on them. They were identified as 5,7 dihydroxyl 3′,4′ dimethoxyl 3 ara rham(2 1) flavononol(Ⅳ) and 3,4′,5 trihydioxyl 3′ methyoxyl 7 O glucosyl flavononol(Ⅴ)respectively, both of which were noval compounds.
