摘 要:采用聚酰胺柱层析法,用不同浓度乙醇洗脱,自乌拉尔甘草(GlycyrrhizauralensisFisch.)叶中分离得到10余种化合物,就其含量较高的组分Ⅳ和组分Ⅴ,经光谱(UV、FB—MS、′H_NMR)分析,分别鉴定为5,7-二羟基-3′,4′-二甲氧基二氢黄酮醇-3-O-阿拉伯糖-鼠李糖甙(Ⅳ)和3,4′,5-三羟基-3′-甲氧基二氢黄酮醇-7-O-葡萄糖甙(Ⅴ)。By means of polyamide column chromatography with gradient eclutions, more than 10 kinds of compounds were isolated from the leaves of Glycyrrhiza Uralensis fisch. Among them, 2 kinds of compounds (Ⅳ-Ⅴ)were with relative high contants and spectral analysis (including uv FB-MS,′ H-NMR) was carried out on them. They were identified as 5,7 dihydroxyl 3′,4′ dimethoxyl 3 ara rham(2 1) flavononol(Ⅳ) and 3,4′,5 trihydioxyl 3′ methyoxyl 7 O glucosyl flavononol(Ⅴ)respectively, both of which were noval compounds.
