摘  要:在“闪光-Ⅱ”装置上进行了lMV同轴型水介质多针白击穿开关实验研究。开关击穿电压1~1.5MV,开关总电流200~550kA,电脉冲的脉宽约150us。上升前沿约60ns。每个开关间隙的放电电流和输入输出电压分别用Rogowski线圈和CuSO4水电阻分压器测试。介绍了分压器的设计和标定,分析了产生误差的原因。针对类似测试+提出几点完善措施:测试电流线圈要密封隔水;水电阻分压器的第1级分压的分压比不能过大;调节CuSO4溶液的浓度,使水电阻的阻值满足频率响应的要求;注意分压器的放置方式;分压器和电流线圈的输出电压设计要适中。A low-prepulse and high-power water dielectric self-breaking switch was investigated on Flash Ⅱ generator, whose breakdown voltage was from 1.0 to 1.5 MV and discharge current was from 200 to 550 kA. The rise time of the discharge current was about 60 ns and pulse duration(FWHM) was 150 ns. The discharge current of each gap was measured by Rogowski coil and the input voltage and the output voltage were measured by CUSP4 resistance divider. The calculation result was compared with the demarcation results of divider ratio and the reason of producing error was analyzed, Some pieces of advice about experiment were presented: (1)Rogowski coil must be separated from water. (2)The divider ratio of the first stage of the CUSP4 resist- ance divider should not be too great. (3)The concentration of CUSP4 liquor should be adjusted to make the resistance of the CUSP4 divider meet the demands of the frequency response, (4)The placement method of the CUSP4 resistance divider must be correct, (5)The output voltages of the Rogowski coil and CUSP4 resistance divider should be suitable.
