摘 要:在室内条件下采用浸渍法分别测定了4种杀虫剂的田间常用最低浓度对梭毒隐翅虫Paederus fuscipes成虫死亡率和捕食功能的影响.结果表明,梭毒隐翅虫对w=10%高效杀虫死水剂最敏感,对w=22%蚜虱灵可湿性粉剂、w=40%氧乐果乳油水剂次之,3种药剂处理24 h后,天敌种群的功能减退率依次为93.293%、84.288%和75.848%.而w=18%杀虫双水剂对它的致死率及捕食功能减退率影响分别为(3.33±3.33)%和19.108%,相对其他3种药剂都较小.4种杀虫剂对残存个体捕食功能的影响均超过其致死作用.The recommended lowest concentration of four insecticides was used to test the mortalities and effects on predatory function of Paederus fuscipes in laboratory. The results indicated that P. fuscipes was the most sensitive to chlorpyrifos and deltamethrin, and less sensitive to imidaeloprid and buprofezin and omethoate. The decreased rate of predatory function of natural enemy population after treatment of three insecticides in 24 h were 93. 293% , 84. 288% and 75. 848% respectively. While the mortality and predatory function of bisultap were ( 3.33 ± 3.33 ) % and 19. 108%. In treatments of four insecticides, the effects of insecticides on survivals of predatory function were stronger than that of the lethalities.
