预防高血压病的社区护理干预效果与评价

摘　　要：目的探讨对高血压前期人群实施社区护理干预效果。方法调查建立高血压前期人群中120例血压档案,并给予健康教育、运动干预、限盐干预、体重干预、不良生活干预等。结果开展社区护理对高血压前期人群中的120例干预后,收缩压和舒张压较前有明显降低(P<0.01)和(P<0.05)。结论实施社区护理干预能有效降低高血压前期人群的血压。Objective To investigate the effect of community nursing intervention on adults with prehypertension. Methods 120 Prehypertensive adults were surveyed. Their archives of blood pressure were established. Community nursing interventions included health education, physical exercise, low-salt diet, weight loss, and changing the bad lifestyle. Results By community intervention, the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of the 120 persons were decreased significantly compared with those before interventions（ P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Community nursing intervention can decrease significantly the level of blood pressure of prehypertensive adults.
