按摩足三里促进阴式全子宫切除术后患者排气的观察

摘　　要：目的促进阴式子宫切除术后患者的排气。方法采用术后6 h开始按摩足三里穴,每日3次,对24例诊断为子宫肌瘤、在全麻下行阴式全子宫切除术后患者在排气方面进行系统观察,并与24例术后常规护理的对照组进行对比。结果实验组患者术后排气较对照组明显快(平均提前约11.1 h),经统计学处理,两组有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论按摩足三里穴能缩短阴式全子宫切除患者术后第一次排气时间,有利于术后恢复。Objective To investigate the effects of Zusanli point massage in total hysterectomy transvagino. Methods 48 patients who had been performed transvagino total hysterectomy were selected to observe the necessary time of passage of gas by anus after operation. 24 patients were done Zusanli point massage in 6 h after operation as study group and 24 patients without point massage as control. Results The necessary time of exsufflation of patients in study group was few than that of patients in control group （ average 11.1 h） ,there were significant differences （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Zusanli point massage is advantaged to the function recovery of stomach and bowel .
