摘  要:分别测定了盐胁迫下刺槐和沙枣幼苗的鲜重和干重、细胞质膜透性、脯氨酸含量以及植物组织内Na+K+含量和叶片肉质化程度的变化.实验结果表明.刺槐和沙枣在盐胁迫条件下鲜重和于重以及K+含量均随盐度的增加而下降,刺槐的这种下降趋势大于沙枣.而细胞质膜透性、脯氨酸含量、Na+含量和叶片肉质化程度均随盐度增加而增加.除Na+和细胞质膜透性外,沙枣的脯氨酸含量和叶片肉质化程度均大于刺槐.通过这些盐害和耐盐指标的测定.实验结果证明.沙枣的耐盐能力大于刺槐.Under the condition of salt stress. the dry and fresh weights. plasmalemma permeability. prolinecontent. content of K, and Nab as well as the degrees of leaf succelence of Robihla and h'laeag aam. aug u.rfifolta seedlings are determined.Experimental reslllts sho'v that the fresh and dry weights as tved as contents of K in Rol)ihia and E laeagnus angustfolia seed lings under the cond ition of salt stress decrease with the rise of salt concentration. Robinla 's tendency of decrease is stronger than that of I:laeag nils aug a. ̄ifol ̄a' However. the plasmalemma permeability. contents of both proline and Nab as well as the degrees of leaf succelence increase with the rise of the salt concentraNon Except Nab and plasmalemma permeability. both the proline contents and the degrees of leaf succelence of Elaeag n ac aug It.difolza seedling are higher than thoseof Robinia.Thtough the examinations of these indicators namely salt injury and salt tolerance, we can see thatElaeag aam ability of salt tolerance is greater than that of Robinia.
