摘 要:目的探讨减少急诊科护士流失的有效管理办法。方法通过访谈法和自行设计调查问卷进行比较分析。结果降低了急诊科护士的离职意愿,提高了护士的满意度。结论人性化管理可以调动护士工作的积极性和创造性,稳定急诊护理队伍。Objective To explore effeetive management ways to decrease the dimission of emergency nurses. Method The methods of interview and self designed questionnaire were used to investigate and analyze emergency nurses' demission before and after the application of humanistic management. Results This practice reduced nurses' intention of dimission and improved nurses' satisfaction. Conclusions Humanistic management can motivate nurses' working enthusiasm and creativity, and stabilize the team of emergency nursing staff.
