农村劳动力转移的成本与收益分析

摘　　要：作为理性人的农民,在农村收入水平普遍较低的情况下,为摆脱贫穷的困境,走出家门来到城市务工,付出了很大的成本,甚至有时成本远大于收益,而没有达到增收的目的。为改变这种状况,实现农民增收,应从三方面做起:给农民工市民待遇;建立有效的中介组织;鼓励农民工回乡创业。In circumstances of a low level of rural income, as rational men,a lot of peasants leave home to work in cities so as to get away the poor predicament. But often they pay more cost than their income, and couldn＇t be richer than before as expected. In order to change the situation, three aspects should be done to increase the peasants＇ income： offer the peasant workers the same welfare as the residents in cities;establish effective intermediary organs; and encourage the peasant workers to go back home to establish businesses.
