摘　　要：当前,“心理问题”已成为教育学、社会学研究领域中一个亟待解决的重要课题。笔者对心理问题的产生机制进行了深入思考,用公式表达出“心理问题的强度标志着个体内部需求与主观现实间的差距”这一理念。从心理问题的产生到其各种表现方式、再到其消除手段,都与社会文化有着不可分割的密切联系。因此,研究和解决心理问题,绝不能脱离社会文化的背景,摒除文化变迁在其中的作用。Based on the review of the current literature on mental health problem, the present paper further explored the underlying mechanism of the formation of mental health problem. It is argued that the severeness of mental health problem is related to the gap between individual internal drive and the subjective reality. The formation, expression and resolution of mental health problem are strongly associated with socio- cultural factors. Mental health problem is therefore redefined.
