芩连抗病毒胶囊提取方法研究

摘　　要：目的筛选芩连抗病毒胶囊醇提和水提最佳工艺。方法采用正交实验法对芩连抗病毒胶囊提取工艺进行考察,分别以组方中的黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量为指标进行测定。结果醇提工艺以10倍量70%的乙醇提取3次,1 h/次;水提工艺以10倍量水,煎煮2次,2 h/次所得到的黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的含量最高。结论此工艺对黄芩苷和盐酸小檗碱的提取率高,稳定性好,适合工业化生产。Objective To determine the optimum condition of extraction processes of Qinlian Antivirus Capsule, Methods The extraction processes were studied with the potentiametric method and the contents of baicalin and berberine hytrochloride as the markers. Results The contents of baicalin and berberine hytrochloride were the highest when the following extraction condition was used：extracting with 70% alcohol and 10 times solvent for an hour a time and the process was repeated three times, and the extraction process of water is that 10 times solvent , boiling twice ,2 hours per - time. Conclusion The contents of baicalin and berberine hytrochloride are high and the stability is good when this extraction process is used, This extraction process is suitable for industrial production.
