摘  要:目的优选出老鹳草中芦丁和槲皮素提取最佳工艺。方法采用均匀设计安排实验,以芦丁、槲皮素含量作为指标,考察了乙醇浓度、回流时间、回流温度及溶剂用量对芦丁和槲皮素提取率的影响,优选出合理的提取工艺。结果芦丁:用乙醇浓度为75%,乙醇用量为药材的24倍量,提取温度80℃,提取时间为60 m in为最佳。槲皮素:用乙醇浓度为90%,乙醇用量为药材的24倍量,提取温度80℃,提取时间为60 m in为最佳。结论经验证性实验证明所优化条件可靠,适合老鹳草中芦丁和槲皮素的提取工艺参考。Objective To explore an optimum extraction technology of rutin and quereetin from Geranium wilfordii maxim. Methods Using turin and quercetin as the indexes, the effects of alcohol concentration, solvent amount, extraction time and extraction temperature on extraction technology were evaluated by uniform design method , Results The superior technology of turin was as follows; 75% alcohol, 24-fold solvent amount, 60 minutes and the reflux temperature is 80℃ ;The superior technology of quercetin was as follows: 90% alcohol, 24-fold solvent amount, 60 minutes and the reflux temperature is 80℃, Conclusion The optimum extraction process is proved stable and accurate by verificated test,and it is suitable for extraction of turin and quereetin from Geranium wilfordii maxim. It can be used for the theoretical basis.
