高效液相色谱法测定双黄连含片中黄芩苷和汉黄芩素的含量

摘　　要：目的 研究双黄连含片中黄芩苷和汉黄芩素的含量测定。方法 采用高效液相色谱法进行测定。ODS（C18）柱，乙腈-0．6％磷酸（45：55）为流动相，流量为1．0ml／min，检测波长为277nm。结果 黄芩苷和汉黄芩素在0．105～0．52μg和0．03～0．15μg之间线性关系良好，相关系数r=0．9998，回收率为100．69％和98．8％，RSD为1．75％和1．01％。结论 该法灵敏、简便、准确，可用于该制剂的测定和质量控制指标。Objective To develop an assay for the quantitative determination of baicalin and wogonin in Shuang HuangLian Buccal Tablets. Methods HPLC method was selected to determine the content. ODS column（C18） was used. The mobile phase consisted of acctonitefile-0.6% phosphoric acid （45： 55） with the flow rate at 1.0 ml/min and the UV detection wavelength was at 277 nm. Results The linearity was obtained over the range of 0. 105 ～ 0.52μg and 0.03 ～ 0.15 μg （ r = 0. 999 8 ）. The average recovery was 100.69% and 98.8% ,with RSD = 1.75% and 1.01%. Conclusion The results showed that this method is sensitive, simple, sepecific and accurate for the determination of baicalin and wogonin in ShuangHuangLian Buccal Tablets.
