摘  要:目的:探讨张志远教授治疗耳鸣、耳聋验效方加味通气散(JWTQS)开通听户玄府的微循环机制。方法:解剖显微镜下观察记录JWTQS高、低两个剂量对大鼠脑膜微循环及肠系膜微循环的影响。结果:JWTQS两剂量均可显著改善肾上腺素(AD)滴注后脑膜微循环的血色、血液流态和血液流速,与生理盐水组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01);JWTQS两剂量对AD滴注前后对毛细血管交点数和管径无显著影响(P>0.05),但可显著降低AD滴注前后毛细血网交点数和管径的差值,与生理盐水组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:加味通气散对微循环的调节作用可能是其治疗耳鸣、耳聋的主要治疗学机制之一,表明开通听户玄府法有其科学内涵。Objectives :To discuss the mierocirctdation improvement mechanism for Jia Wei Tong Qi San(JWTQS) ,an effective medical prescription for the treatment of tinnitus and deafness from Professor Zhiyuan Zhang, in removing obstacles from Xuanfu. Methods :Influence of high dose and low dose JWTQS on menigeal and mesenterie microcirclation of rats were observed and recorded under anatomical microscope. Results :High and low dose JWTQS could all significantly improve blood color, state of blood flow and velocity of blood flow of menigeal mierocirculation after the instillation of adrenalin(DA). The difference was significant compared with normal Saline group( P 〈 0.01 ). High and low dose JWTQS had no significant influence on the number of cross dots and diameter of capillaries before and after the instillation of DA( P 〉 0.05 ), but could significantly decrease the difference between cross dots and diameter before and after instillation of DA compared with normal Saline group( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions :Modulation of mieroeirculafion may be one of the main therapeutic mechanisms for treatment effect of tinnitus and deafenss with JWTQS. This indicates that there is scientific connotation for removing obstacles from Xuanfu of inner ear.
